Working with Amber was an absolute dream.

She thought of everything that I forgot when it came to planning and she handled my wedding vendors and guests like a pro. She is very detailed and was the perfect person to have to keep my wedding day running smoothly. She truly cares about you as a bride and will make sure your day is exactly what you want and STRESS FREE. I felt like I could actually enjoy our wedding day without feeling like it was a production. Oh and did I mention she was like 8 months pregnant when she was at my hot June wedding?! She does it all and she gives you 100% of her time and energy. I can’t believe how lucky we were to find Amber! Our wedding went off without a hitch.

It was just perfect and no way could it have happened without her. We are so thankful for her assistance. Two things in particular about her I would like to mention. Her organizational skills are outstanding. Everything was outlined, scheduled, rehearsed – perfect! Second, she worked for us the client. Not the hotel. Or the band. Or the caterer. She worked for us to make sure all the vendors were lined up. And she is a bulldog if need be. We hired her for our wedding – we are both 50+. She was our day of coordinator. If you are a parent reading this I would absolutely hire her for your child’s wedding. When our child gets married we will be calling her!

Amber was always there every step of the way.

Without her our wedding would’ve been a stressful disaster. Everyone was saying how unlucky we were because everything that could go wrong, went wrong a week before the wedding. The only luck that happened was the fact that we found Amber after said week! To start off, we had to change our venue a week before the wedding. Then, the weather took a turn for the worse and it was pouring down rain the day of. Amber literally came up with a “plan B” two hours before the wedding (outdoor ceremony turned indoors). Even with such limited time she was able to pull everything off flawlessly. The wedding went from a potential disaster to the BEST WEDDING EVER! We had an amazing time and so did the guests! Everyone really loved her work ethic and was wondering where we found such an awesome coordinator! She really went above and beyond to help us. She kept us on schedule the entire night and made sure we weren’t stressed. We’re sure she put out plenty of fires that night without us knowing! We could go on about how amazing she was but it might turn this review into a novel. She was definitely our saving grace!

A month beforehand, I realized how badly I needed someone to help me get everything done. That’s when Amber came in and confidently took control. She checked in on every detail with each vendor, created a detailed plan of action, and helped me create the perfect ceremony layout. She was behind the scenes during our wedding day— directing, decorating, and perfecting. I was able to spend stress-free precious moments with my family and friends thanks to her efforts. Multiple friends and family came to me to comment on what an outstanding job she was doing (and how unbelievably hard she was working) to make everything perfect! Many were shocked to find out that she was only one person. I cannot recommend Amber enough. She is a bright woman with a passion for event planning who isn’t afraid to step up and make things happen!
